Quiet area, accessible to city center, lovely staff, modern and comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi

Spending our Christmas here was a great choice, as the staff made us feel at home. The cozy room, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast made our stay even more memorable. The friendly receptionist offered us information about nearby grocery stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. Plus, the location close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the laundry service, which was a bonus during our extended stay.

The room and bathroom were quite small, which made it a bit challenging for us as we had a lot of luggage. , the lack of air conditioning made it a bit stuffy, but the fan did help cool the temperature down eventually.

We stayed at a hotel in an interesting neighborhood that had great art nearby. It was also conveniently close to the metro station and had a variety of nice restaurants to choose from. the staff was friendly and offered great English-speaking service. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with modern facilities and amenities. the breakfast included was basic but satisfactory.

We faced some problems with the Wi-Fi connection which kept disconnecting every once in a while.

We loved this hotel's convenient location close to the metro station, making transportation around this city a breeze. The owner, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and gave me fantastic advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. The metro station nearby made it easy to get around the city. The area of Barrio Yungay had beautiful graffiti and a vibrant atmosphere. While the internet signal was sometimes weak, it was sufficient for my needs. The breakfast was simple but good, with brewed coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for sightseeing in Santiago.
